FREE Ground Shipping within the 48 contiguous United States on orders over $99. At this time, we are unable to ship outside the contiguous US. In-stock items are shipped within two business days of your order. Express delivery is available for an additional fee on in-stock items. Express delivery is not available for PO Box addresses.
An email confirmation will be sent after your order has been processed. If an item is unavailable, you will be informed via email with an estimated date of delivery. Tracking information will be provided via email once items have shipped.
NOTE: We do not pay for shipping of returns and/or exchanges back to us.
LEE’S SHOES is not responsible for shipping delays (such as holidays, weather conditions, etc) once an item has left our facility.
We at LEE’S SHOES always want our customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 days from the day you received your item to request an exchange or send the items back for a refund.
Follow these easy steps to return your item:
1. Email us or call 910-892-3035 with your exchange request within 15 days of receipt of purchase. If the items you request are not in-stock, you will be contacted within 48 hours.
2. Return the original items in NEW, UNWORN and UNWASHED condition with all their tags in their original box.
3. Include your original receipt in the returned package to us.
4. Your new item will be shipped once your return has been processed at our facility.

3. As soon as your items are received back and processed at our facility, a refund request will be sent to your bank. Some banks may take 5-7 business days to process a refund.
PLEASE NOTE: Any shipping fees paid on your original order are not refundable.
** Products must be in their original box. The original box must be in the same condition as when you received. You must ship items in a box big enough to hold the original box. Do not use the original box as the shipping box. If the original box is damaged and unable to use for resale, we will change you a $10 fee for a new box.
If you believe an item is defective, please call us at 910-892-3035. Further instructions for returning the item for evaluation will be given during the call. Defective items are evaluated on a case by case basis. Normal wear and tear does not qualify as defective. Defective issues are subject to our discretion.
